Moussa Doumbia - Keleya

Top copy of 1st album by Malian saxophonist/composer/singer Moussa Doumbia produced with the help of two French American producers based in Ivory Coast where it was recorded. features the superb psychedelic guitar of guinean musician Sekou Bembeya Diabate from Les Ambassadeurs / Bembaya Jazz National / Le Jardin de Guinée. Includes the monster afro-funk Keleya, clearly inspired by James Brown but some wicked psychedelic organ, guitar and sax solos !  Femme Sénégal is also a powerful extended afro psych cut. But the whole album is splendid with more great tracks like Papa and Mariage. This copy appears to be unplayed when I get it, really close to NM. Sleeve is not far from being flawless. Actual audio clip. Ask for me details. Serious afro funk collectors don't miss this copy.
